I saw this bedecked woman at the 4th of July celebrations in the University City neighborhood of San Diego. Clothed in the trappings of the American Flag she certainly had "moxie." She was probably calling her friend, Lucille, to tell her to come to the park to see her outfit and listen to the band playing the Star Spangled Banner.
