At the age of 21 is when Celestin started fishing, and from that, he've spent few night on the soil because every 6 pm, him and his fellow fishers push their boots to the lake. After my visit just before I go he asked me what was my favorite plate and I told him that it was fish, and in his words he said: " then we are heroes of your plates".
