Hidden Eyes
The stingray photographed here was continually covered and uncovered by surrounding foliage due to the surging waters around him. Even when uncovered, he was confident that he was hidden so didn't run off but remained intently focused as I approached. There was a moment of real connection as he observed me, determining if I was a threat.
