This is a self portrait taken during an incredibly rainy weekend in Zion National Park. As I hiked up to Angel's Landing in an absolute downpour I came across a section of trail that is cut into the cliff side and provides an amount of shelter from the rainstorm. I used the soft, cloudy lighting to my advantage and created this image, which shows the canyon in a different light from its normally blue-sky appearance.
