Himebotaru like a full moon
Himebotaru" are small fireflies, about 6 mm long, that live in the forest. They emit a powerful light for a short time, like a flash. I have been surveying and photographing the habitat of these fireflies for 10 years. Himebotaru" live close to people, but they are not well known and their habitat is sometimes destroyed by roads. I continue to photograph them because I want people to know about them first.
