Historic Buck Island Lighthouse

The lighthouse located on Buck island, south of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. The lighthouse was originally built by the danish in 1916. It has structurally survived numerous extreme hurricanes. The island itself is off limits to visitors as it serves as a migratory bird refuge. The waters surrounding the island provide viewable aquatic life for tourists from all over the world through charters.
