Martins Beach, in Half Moon Bay California is quite contentious: a billionaire bought the land near the beach and closed access to it, what many considered to be against California State Law. After numerous court battles, access to the beach was finally returned and I was able to visit the beach for a gorgeous sunset above the Witches Hat shaped sea-stack.
