I visited the Hojuzan Risshaku Temple in September of this year. It is deep in the North of Japan. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world. After I hiked to the top of the Budhist mountain site, I talked to a man who asked me where I was from. I told him Los Angeles and he said "paradise". I laughed and said no that is here.
