I was wandering around downtown Dallas, TX, and was having a wonderful conversation with a homeless lady. She had such an incredibly fun, vibrant energy, and I truly enjoyed our conversation together. As she was showing me around downtown Dallas, she introduced me to this Rosa Parks statue. She felt a deep connection to this statue - she expressed gratitude for what Rosa Parks had done for the Civil Rights movement. She beckoned me to take a picture of herself with the statue - this is the end result.
