this is a shot of my college roommate sandy's husband bill removing pizza from the kettle smoker. bill is a master of backyard cooking. during the pandemic i fly in from phoenix, az to visit them in hoganville, ga. every night was a different masterpiece meal. sandy made homemade dough and bill has gaint kettle smoker that smokes, grills and bakes. he has all the special stone plater for cripsy pizza crust. OMG it was so tasty.
