Honeymoon nightfishing
My husband and I were on our honeymoon, staying at hotel right on the water, in Chincoteague Island, Va. We hadn’t caught anything all week, so we thought we might have more luck if we went fishing at night. We went around 6pm when the sun had just gone down over the horizon, but not all the way down yet. He was standing next to this red shore light, using the light on his hat to cut the fish. I snapped the picture from just such an angle that it came out with this really neat, natural red highlight, and you can still see what he’s doing and the scenery in the background.
