Hoorn Harbor Dawn

Twilight before dawn in the town of Hoorn in the Netherldands. Hoorn was founded over a thousand years ago, and it's been a major harbour. For example, it was a base for the Dutch East India Company, and one of its Navigators was the first European to sail around the tip of South America. And he named it Caap Hoorn (Cape Horn) after his home town.
