13th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
Hot chai for cold weather.
It was cold and wet day. We were driving from our base in Srinagar to Gulmarg. A city known for its fluffy white snow and skiing activities. We took a pit stop at a local "chai wala". The tea was warming and the onion pakoras were food for the soul.
