During a research project on barber shops, I visited on in the bottom of the Cannon House Office Building, a congressional building in Capitol Hill, DC. This barber shop was filled with signed portraits of the various senators, congressmen, House Representatives, and other important political figures, all who had been to this barber shop run by Joe Q (not pictured). Joe's loyal helper sits on the waiting bench, taking a break under the portraits.
