One my best friends Anirban Bannerjee is currently pursuing studies on Anthropology focused on Natural Disaster and post development theories. The study is focused in pre and post- Aila cyclone impacts leading to environmental disaster and altered livelihoods. This led to various initiatives for organizing advanced studies and community research in the Indo-Bangla border and also conduct responsible tourism. The initiative of responsible tourism is that tourists take responsibility in community development and also conserving the biodiversity by spreading awareness about the current conditions of Sunderbans and work towards building a sustainable ecosystem.
