Why Humanize? Humanize is to make compatible with the respect due to the human person and his rights. The Humanization implies a high degree of compassion, consideration of others' difficulties and the development of support capabilities. The theme of the difference, the recognition of otherness, the relationship between personal and social identity faces reveals growing uncertainty in living the relationship between nature and culture (between body and identity), and between male and female (between sexual identity and gender identity). We have chosen the manikins for differents reasons: neutral color of skin (no ethnicity) stripped of clothes (asexuality between men and women). The kiss between them is a basic and elementary universal feeling. Why we are so conditioned by society and not by simplicity of feeling of love? In Humanize project, Alberto Alicata and Federica Scoma, traces the history of photography, images iconic of kiss realized by the great masters, studying carefully chosen shots and recreating a set to measure Manikin rebuilt in detail (1:18 scale), the difficulty for our project was recreating and convey the same emotions of street photography in still life photography. The street photography describe daily life and is characterized by a strong realism. Each photo sets a scene that will never be repeated identical. The original that inspired it, in order to strengthen the authenticity and strength of timeless images, now become part of our visual memory and intended to be timeless.
