Hummingbird at Rest in a Corn Field
From about mid-June to October, I saw more hummingbirds than people. I had the opportunity to live in this old house in the country because of COVID. It's surrounded by farmland and swamps. I took a lot of walks through the cornfields during August and I saw a lot of hummingbirds. This one so graciously agreed to pause on top of a cornstalk for me.
