Spending time at the Denver Botanic Gardens are one of my favorite things to do. I had visited in September hoping to photograph the last of the flowers for the season and possibly some birds as well. I heard the hummingbird before I saw it, so I knew one was close. I stopped and when I looked up this hummingbird was hovering over an orange flower. I quickly snapped a few photos and came away with several beautiful shots.
