I was intrigued by the name of this river in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, so went to check it out. What I came across was a rather fast-moving river that let out into the Lake Superior. Although not exactly "hurricane force", the sights and sounds of this rather cold river provided the perfect place to unwind.
