16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
I love you more.

My grandmother has sewn heirloom baby clothes for as long as I can remember. Her work flawless. My daughter, age 5 in the picture and grandmother age 92 are the hands that you see. Since my daughter was age 2, she has been standing next to my grandmother attempting to learn to sew. That night, she threaded the needle with my grandmother. The picture is worth a 1000 words. It has become a future on my wall, and a solid memory of a lifetime.
