17th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Ice Horse, Diamond Beach
This is a "diamond" that I think has an equine character at the Diamond Beach in Iceland near the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. I was looking for interesting ice bits at sunrise and found this one. I tried to photograph the majesty of the area which capturing this intriguing detail.
