Seeing the magnificent mountains covered in snow is an awe-inspiring sight, but what saddens me is the amount of brown earth in stark contrast to the white of the snow. Humans are supposed to be the most intelligent creatures on this planet, but we are doing so little to preserve these pristine natural landscapes.
