If it ain't fried, it ain't good
Paul, originally from Louisiana, has spent a lifetime perfecting his fried shrimp recipe. It has two main components: using self-rising flour for the batter and canola oil for frying. Then, the oil temperature needs to be 375 F to ensure the shrimp are perfectly golden.
