When I went to the Gorumara forest,West Bengal,India.I saw some people cutting trees there.At that moment I could not take any step against this illegal logging.But the thought kept striking me that what should I do to increase awareness among people against this illegal act.Since I am a school teacher by profession,I decided to make my students aware of the fact at first.So I told them why illegal logging should be stopped and how we can protect our environment.On the "World Environment Day",i distributed small plants among my students and other children of the village ,which they planted very happily.
