Being in nature and seeing my son grounded in meditation (as he often does during this pandemic) is truly something to behold. Today as I drew closer, I noticed he had drawn a circle around him in the sand with the words "I'm sad". My heart sank. Well, I'm sad too my little one... so what a gift it is to sit beside you, guided by your calm, your breath, and quiet acceptance of the world around you.
