The Deauville Hotel on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, FL was a famous landmark because the Beatles performed there. The hotel closed five years ago and fell in disarray. The city and community eventually decided to implode it, and hopefully build another structure in its place. This photo and the next two show the implosion.
