In a night club. The colourful lights were "dancing" - moving, jumping, turned on and off rapidly. The exposure time was very slow: 1/1.3 seconds. It is a "straight photo" (no double-exposure, no manipulation) - the "double-face" was created probably because the moving face was lighted twice during the long exposure.
