This photo was taken during the Covid-19 Pandemic when the restrictions to travel became more flexible and I was able to make the 2 hour trip by car from Paris to Étretat in the Normandy region of France. It was a relief to be able to breath, get some time outside under the sun and photograph. I was walking on the Cliffs by the ocean and saw this person on the water edge, all by herself. Thought about the meaning of it and the poetry of this image and decided to work it later on as if it was a image watercolored painted, which would give this "dreamy" sensation.
