22nd Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
In front of the Capitol
This is an interesting perspective on the Capitol. Using a telephoto lens, I formed a frame of cherry blossoms during the blue hour, with children and a man running under them and the Capitol in the background. Only from a distance, I was able to create such a story.
