This was a photo taken at the ocean shore line in NJ just off of the boardwalk. It was inspired by a desire to take artist dance photos with the sun and beach in the background. Having an unequal balance of objects behind the women in the photo was intentional giving a deeper meaning to anyone observing with their own idea about how the shot was set up. The photo itself is very organic within its colors, but notice how the women is wearing one brightly colored clothing option. Drawing your eye to the center, but the big object in the background also catches your eye of guard. The intense texture of the sand surrounding the dancer is also adding to an organic feeling. Was the sand naturally like that or was it messed up for the purpose of the photo?.
