In preparation for Mars
This is the Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS) - the second simulated Mars analog habitat space. Built in the remote parts of Southern Utah, it supports Earth-based research in pursuit of the technology, operations, and science required for human space exploration. This aerial image was taken at sunset while flying my plane.
