Famous Maeklong Train Market is less than 2 hours southwest of downtown Bangkok. The vendors were here before the government decided to build a railway and they refused to move. They just used their imagination and adjusted to the situation. The train comes in slowly so the vendors have time to move their produce and "umbrellas".
