Indian Spotted Eagle
Action image of this globally threatened eagle was captured at Hubli, India in September, 2018. Indian Spotted Eagles are medium-sized eagles with rather short and broad wings. An aggressive and a powerful predator that seizes most of its prey on the ground. Found in wooded areas interspersed with cultivation in lowlands of the region.
