When young women experience a devastating breakup, their daily routine becomes ‎interwoven with a period of emotional mourning. They are not only navigating the ‎process of grief but are simultaneously grappling with the depression resulting from ‎the separation. Their everyday lives are consumed by this depression and the ‎difficult period of accepting the emotional failure. In this photo series, I intend to ‎capture the routine of women whose lives appear vibrant and favorable to outside ‎observers. However, internally, they are engaged in an everyday battle to regain a ‎sense of normalcy and the thread of life.‎ In this specific image, the viewer is positioned where the camera stood, ‎surreptitiously observing the subject. The young woman typically reads every ‎day, but she is now overwhelmed by the depression caused by the emotional ‎breakup. Her daily life has become inseparable from her depression, leaving her with ‎no energy to perform her usual routines.‎
