Inside the Engineroom of the USS Spiegel Grove Shipwreck
A technical diver explores the engine room of a US Navy ship. The Spiegel Grove was sunk on purpose off Key Largo, Florida, to encourage tourism through scuba divers, marine life growth for fishermen and the health of the ocean. Accessing the engine room requires special training, the use of lines to guide your way in and out, and means spending a lot of time diving in complete darkness. It's and incredible feeling to be inside a massive military ship under the ocean.
