Inside the Underground River, Palawan, Philippines.
The underground river site, officially named Puerto Princesa Subterranean National Park, Philippines is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The river is about 8.2 km long and tourists are only allowed to travel up to the first 4 km. Without flashlights, it is pitch dark here and your lights will reveal amazing formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Some of them are curiously shaped like mythical characters. Isn't it a happy planet we are living in, that we get to see amazing wonders like this?
