Hodgkin's Lymphoma is a blood cancer that affects approximately 8,000 people per year. There is no exact cause for Hodgkin's Lymphoma but it tends to affect people between 15-35. Her last semester of college was going to begin in two weeks and she was diagnosed with cancer. Chemotherapy and radiation led her to the realization that life can change instantly and your plans can be put on hold. She was a warrior thru every treatment, the surgeries, the pain and loss of her hair. All of this and the Covid outbreak. She endured so much but always kept a positive outlook and a smile on her face. The words "you are in remission" were finally heard on May 29, 2020!
