There were times that I feel like I am lost - lost on track and lost in connection with myself. However, as I started to cultivate intimacy with myself through touch, my overall perception in life changed. Self-intimacy is more than just touching our physical selves; it is feeling our desires and prioritizing our needs in order for us to heal, build ourselves up again, and become the people we aspire to achieve.
