Into the Cenote
Divers descend into a freshwater cenote where sunlight breaks through small openings in the cave ceiling, creating dramatic shafts of blue light. The water is so clear that the cave roof, divers, and beams of light merge into a single surreal scene. This natural sinkhole system, formed by collapsed limestone, reveals an underground world that has been part of Mayan mythology for centuries.
