I love remote places. Places where you are all alone in nature, places where all you see is landscape (and wildlife if you're lucky) for miles and miles. Places that need our protection. I've just returned from a trip to Greenland and the Canadian High Arctic, where I was treated to this polar bear sighting of a mom and her two cubs. Being completely alone in nature with these animals is an experience unlike any other.
