Into the Mist: Trumpeter swans swimming in a hotspring in winter

Kelly warm spring is a hotspring in Grand Teton National Park that is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit year round. The cold air mixed with the warm water creates the foggy atmosphere and a mystical environment where the largest waterfowl in North America is swimming. Trumpeter swans are beautiful animals. The mist in this photo makes them appear even more elegant and mysterious during a cold, winter morning.
