I was out with some friends at a popular street for food and drink establishments in Hollywood Fla. As we exited a bar late into the evening, I noticed this gentleman, dressed in a dark suit and hat, carrying several large bags, quickly walking over the train tracks, crossing the street under a bright street light, and disappearing into the darkness of that evening.
