In the village of Ituba near the trading center of Namungalwe in Uganda, students queue up to register for medical services provided by a NGO, the Uganda Village Project. In rural Uganda, access to health care is all but impossible for most village residents. And with little infrastructure and no government support, villages that have access to NGO's are the lucky ones.
