Long exposure taken just after sunset at Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park. As I started taking long exposures, two loons decided it might be fun to swim over and say hello. Just as this was shot, one of them swam under the water which you can see a bit of in the left foreground of the image. I decided to leave it. It was a moment I'll never forget. Just me, the loons and silence.
