There is joy in childhood memories of my grandmother's stories. Every time I see a pussy willow bloom, it reminds me of my grandmother and her stories of when she was younger. Since I live in North Carolina, pussy willow trees are not commonly seen. This was a rare find and I thank my grandmother for the memories she shared with me when she was alive.
