The morning after the Jupiter Flights Balloon Festival was foggy and cool. This was when the hot air balloon target competition took place. Balloon pilots were instructed to take off 3 miles away from the target, fly over the target, and throw a marker as close to the target as possible. The target was close to a treeline, so it was entertaining to watch the balloons close in on the target and then lift up over the treeline.
