Juvenile Menhaden Forced Ashore
These juvenile menhaden were forced ashore against the receding tide by blitzing mackerel one afternoon on Nauset Beach, only to be eagerly gobbled up by ravenous and raucous gulls after I had taken the shot and moved away.
