Juvenile Prairie Rattlesnake captured in the red hills of Wyoming

Western Juvenile Prairie Rattlesnake: This juvenile Prairie rattler is seen here in it`s natural habitat, while sunning in the early morning. He is seen here on the warm red clay that covers the ground in some areas of Wyoming. Semineo State park is home to many different types of wildlife as well as this young prairie rattlesnake. Though it was still cooler and the young snake seemed calm, he is still capable of producing a lethal bit. He was watching our heat signatures with cautious intrigue.
