Juvenile Tawny eagle

We came across this lonesome juvenile tawny eagle on the ground playing with what we initially thought was some sort of snake or lizard. As we crept closer, we realised it was bemused by sadly some rubbery tyre scrap; the impact of humans on our planet unfortunately. The innocense of this bird; none the less a raptor; captured me.
