A gigantic tree near presidential lodge in Arua city northern Uganda inhabited by birds believed to be eaters of Human flesh , they are mostly found in Kampala city central region , finding them recently in northern means they are I increasing in number. Eagles do not fly they sow and looking at this bird it flys while I tried my best to zoom in. Couple of 6 photos .
